Dublin Electrostatic Painting places tremendous emphasis on surface preparation. Depending on the condition of the metal, preparation may include cleaning, washing, sanding, removing loose coatings and addressing rust before painting begins. We don’t believe in skipping the homework and hoping for a passing grade. Proper preparation is what helps turn a good paint job into an A+ finish.

For heavily rusted metal, we can also utilize laser rust removal through our sister company, Columbus Laser Cleaning. Laser cleaning can precisely remove rust, oxidation and contaminants from metal surfaces, creating an excellent foundation for refinishing.

We were blown away by the quality of their work on our 100+ year old wrought iron fence. They explained every step of the process and took extra time to make sure everything was done right. Our property has extensive trees and shrubs along the fence, and they took the time to carefully protect them, using bungee cords to pull back limbs, etc., to avoid damage. And it worked! Best of all was the extensive prep work to remove rust and moss. The final product blew us away, and we've received lots of positive comments from neighbors.
